Description

You will lead the production of millions of consumer-facing electronic devices, managing large teams of technicians and assemblers while working closely with manufacturing and design engineers to drive the transition from prototyping to full-scale production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of professional experience in manufacturing, production, or logistics
• 1+ years of experience leading a team or project
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (day or night) on rotating schedules
• Must be willing to work onsite; remote work not considered
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. unassisted and maneuver in tight spaces

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and steer electronics production associates
• Enforce company standards, policies, and rules
• Interface with area leadership and prioritize work based on production schedule
• Identify and eliminate defects within the area value stream
• Support transition of product from engineering development to full rate production
