💼 About This Role

You'll lead retail sales and guest experience at ALO, partnering with the General Manager to drive business strategy and team performance. You'll ensure exceptional guest connections and operational efficiency while coaching your team to embody the brand's mindful movement ethos.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Investigate sales opportunities and escalate process gaps
• Oversee Sales Service team to deliver exceptional guest experience
• Partner with GM to build and execute sales service strategy
• Manage budget, reporting, and business metrics including sell-thru

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb a ladder

• Experience with workforce scheduling solutions
