You'll own the operational puzzle of keeping a recruiting pipeline running smoothly, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers. Your core impact will be shaping candidate and new hire experiences from scheduling to onboarding. This NYC hybrid role reports to the Director of People Talent.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with recruiters to learn workflows and manage job postings
• Own scheduling and rescheduling across multiple searches
• Review inbound applicants for high-volume roles
• Greet new hires, handle keycards, and office tours

📋 Requirements

• 2-3+ years in recruiting coordination or people operations
• ATS proficiency (Greenhouse preferred)
• Fast and accurate work under time pressure
• Systems thinking to spot inefficiencies and improve processes
