You'll manage a portfolio of high-performing Global System Integrator (GSI) partners, driving sales and marketing activities to accelerate revenue growth in the Japanese market. You'll develop partner account plans and collaborate across sales and marketing teams to grow successful partnerships. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with bleeding-edge data warehouse technology at a leading cloud data platform company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of high-performing Global System Integrators to achieve partnership goals.
- Develop partner-specific account plans with annual and quarterly goals.
- Match customers with partners for professional services engagements.
- Ensure partners maintain baseline training and knowledge of Snowflake.
- Measure and report on success of assigned partners.
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years in partner/alliances sales
- 5+ years channel sales or channel program management with revenue accountability
- 3+ years focused on global systems integrator (GSI)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese
โจ Nice to Have
- Working knowledge of Cloud environments
- Ability to design and present business plans
- Bachelor's degree
