Description

You will own the product strategy and roadmap for the B2B StashWorks platform, partnering with the General Manager on sales cycles and customer engagements, while leveraging AI tools to prototype and define specs. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to evolve core B2B functionality such as employer-facing tools, onboarding, and integrations, ensuring compliance and scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with B2B products in employer benefits space
• Fintech experience, including familiarity with regulated environments
• Proven hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, GPT, Figma AI) as core part of workflow
• Experience supporting sales or go-to-market efforts with customer-facing engagements
• Strong ability to align cross-functional teams and make high-velocity decisions

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product strategy and roadmap for StashWorks
• Partner with General Manager during sales cycles including demos and solution shaping
• Translate customer feedback into Agent-ready specs and logic flows using AI
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, compliance, legal, marketing, and customer success
• Use data and customer insights to evaluate performance and inform tradeoffs
