You'll perform paintless dent repair on steel and aluminum panels in a high-tech Inspection Center. Your work ensures every vehicle meets Carvana's quality standards before reaching customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Access panels and perform paintless dent repair
• Use glue-pulling techniques for dent removal
• Repair smaller-sized dents on steel and aluminum panels
• Operate tools and equipment safely in a fast-paced environment

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional automotive PDR experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and age 18+
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime as needed
