💼 About This Role

You'll lead employee relations investigations and compliance programs for a Government Contracting firm. You'll ensure all people practices are consistent, legally defensible, and aligned with regulatory requirements. This role serves as the primary authority on ER, policy interpretation, and workforce compliance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead employee relations investigations across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with GovCon regulations (FAR/DFARS, OFCCP, EEO).
• Own policy governance and employee handbook maintenance.
• Conduct internal audits (I-9, personnel files, job classifications).
• Train managers on ER fundamentals and documentation standards.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of HR experience with ER and compliance focus.
• GovCon compliance experience strongly preferred.
• Investigation and documentation expertise.
• Employment law knowledge.
