💼 About This Role

You'll fuel growth of our clinician referral network by building relationships with pediatric providers in Orange County, CA. You'll drive product promotion activities and exceed KPIs for new referrals. This role at Clarity Pediatrics offers impact in pediatric chronic care with a mission-driven startup post-Series A.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and develop relationships with pediatric clinicians and practice administrators.
• Plan and execute field-based product promotion activities at HCP offices.
• Meet or exceed referral goals and KPIs for the territory.
• Spend 4 days per week in the field visiting pediatric practices.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• 3-5 years of sales experience to healthcare providers.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in competitive markets.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience selling to pediatric clinicians in the past 2 years.
• Startup experience (Series B or earlier).
• Established relationships with key decision makers at pediatric clinics in Orange County.
