Description

You will lead a Secure Operations Centers (SOCs) team providing end-to-end operational support for Azure core and Office365 platforms in the federal space. You'll manage cross-functional teams across various product groups and ensure 24x7x365 service delivery. This role involves collaborating with customers and driving operational excellence for critical government missions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 5+ years of experience, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of degree
• Cross team/group/org collaboration skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience briefing to customers/clients
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint)
• Lead and/or supervisory experience
• Ability to travel to sites within region
• Willingness to perform shift work
• Active US Passport
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with Poly
