You'll lead an elite team of Account Executives securing identities for the world's most critical supply chains in the Aerospace & Defense Industrial Base vertical. You'll own revenue growth and strategic vision, positioning Okta's Identity Cloud as the foundation of Zero Trust architecture. This role offers career-defining impact at the intersection of cybersecurity and national defense.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives
- Build and execute territory enterprise plan to meet/exceed quarterly/annual sales targets
- Develop and maintain C-level relationships with largest defense contractors
- Partner with Federal Engineering, Legal, and Product teams on roadmap alignment
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years of software/SaaS sales experience
- At least 5 years in a leadership role managing enterprise teams
- Proven track record of selling into the Defense Industrial Base
- Deep familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and Zero Trust maturity model

- Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce, Clari or similar forecasting tools
- Ability to travel ~30-40% to industry hubs
