💼 About This Role

You'll join the Customer-Centric Planning team to build customer experience funnels and root-cause analysis pipelines. You'll design ETL pipelines and automate workflows to improve data quality and team efficiency. This role offers the chance to integrate AI tools like LangChain into real business processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Construct customer experience funnels for root cause analysis.
• Design and maintain Presto/Hive ETL pipelines and Airflow DAGs.
• Develop Python automation scripts integrating Slack, Tableau, and APIs.
• Build data marts and monitor pipeline health for data quality.

📋 Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL queries including Recursive CTE, Window Functions, JSON parsing.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into data analysis projects.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau Server or Power BI reporting.
• Experience with ETL pipelines and Airflow or similar schedulers.

• Experience with customer service and ticketing system data structures.
• Domain knowledge in e-commerce or supply chain.
• Familiarity with LangChain or AI tools for agentic workflows.
