Description

You will lead education for Market Leader salons across British Columbia and Alberta, designing compelling education offers, delivering world-class training, and building long-term partnerships. Collaborate with Sales and Education leadership to acquire, convert, and grow strategic salons, while supporting major events and regional initiatives.

Requirements

• Active Hairstyling License with 5+ years behind-the-chair experience
• Strong technical foundation in cutting, styling, colour, texture, and finishing
• Experience working with or supporting Market Leader salons
• Proven ability to inspire and educate stylists at all levels
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within BC/AB

Responsibilities

• Lead education programs for key salon partners in BC and Alberta
• Design education proposals and coordinate training execution
• Co-facilitate Joint Business Planning and design custom training roadmaps
• Grow the indirect market through conversion education and coaching
• Support major events and regional brand initiatives
