💼 About This Role

You'll manage contract renewals and drive Net Revenue Retention growth for a portfolio of business accounts. You'll partner with Customer Support to secure renewals and advocate for process improvements to boost operational efficiency. Base salary $100,000-$110,000 plus uncapped commission.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of businesses focusing on renewals, upsells, and NRR growth.
  • Oversee all assigned contract renewals to ensure timely execution.
  • Accelerate renewal process, mitigate risk, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify at-risk accounts and strategize with Customer Support to secure renewals.

📋 Requirements

  • Previous experience in Support, Services, Customer Success, or Renewals Management.
  • Familiarity with contracts, terms of service, and legal issues.
  • Experience with Salesforce (particularly the 'opportunity' object).
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Previous B2B SaaS and/or enterprise software experience.
  • Intellectually curious self-starter with a knack for problem-solving.
