You'll act as a Subject Matter Expert for lead processing capabilities supporting the US Army, bridging business stakeholders and technical teams. Your core impact will be ensuring the system enhances recruiter effectiveness and aligns with organizational goals. This role offers the chance to work on a high-profile client account within a global precision marketing agency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide expert guidance on end-to-end lead management workflows
• Translate business needs into system requirements and user stories
• Oversee management of lead data throughout the recruiting funnel
• Serve as SME for data collection, processing, and compliance

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in data or marketing related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of data management or technology experience
• Experience working with the Salesforce suite of products a huge plus
• Demonstrated client experience navigating complex client relationships

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of US Army systems, especially AIE and leads management processes
• Experience with tools and training for US Army systems
• Understanding of the Army marketing organization
