You'll deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients, helping them restore strength and mobility. Your work will prevent falls and improve quality of life for patients in their own homes.

• Deliver in-home physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to set treatment goals

📋 Requirements

• Active physical therapy license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation for home visits
