💼 About This Role

You'll lead a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives and BDRs at a transit data platform used by 200+ agencies. Your core impact is driving new logo acquisition through complex public-sector sales cycles while developing your team's coaching and pipeline strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Recruit, onboard, and coach Enterprise AEs and BDRs
  • Own pipeline generation strategy and territory planning
  • Support AEs in multi-stakeholder deals with 6-18 month cycles
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce forecasting and reporting

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • 4+ years in frontline sales management
  • Track record of leading teams to exceed quota in enterprise new-logo sales
  • Experience with consultative sales cycles (6+ months) involving multiple stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with government or public-sector sales
  • Transit industry experience
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
