💼 About This Role

You'll develop and own key parts of Phaidra's internal developer platform, including golden paths, GitOps workflows, and cloud-native foundations. You'll build paved roads and drive improvements to CI/CD and reliability, enabling product and ML teams to deploy and operate services seamlessly. This role offers the opportunity to shape platform strategy in a remote-first AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own delivery of developer platform capabilities end-to-end
• Build paved roads for deploying, operating, and scaling services
• Improve GitOps workflows via ArgoCD and Terraform automation
• Contribute to SLI/SLO frameworks and observability primitives

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, or SRE
• Production experience in at least one major cloud (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
• GitOps fluency with ArgoCD, Flux, or equivalent
• Infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform plus a configuration system

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in organizations with distinct platform and productivity engineering
• GitLab CI pipeline design and infrastructure operation at scale
• Distributed tracing and advanced observability (OpenTelemetry, Tempo)
