You'll own the end-to-end product design for Eli's mobile apps, shaping a first-of-its-kind hormone monitoring platform. Your core impact is translating complex health data into intuitive, human-centered experiences that users trust daily. This foundational role offers the chance to build the design practice from scratch on a mission-driven team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product design lifecycle for iOS and Android mobile apps
• Conduct user research and synthesize insights
• Build and evolve a unified design system
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience
• End-to-end mobile app design for iOS and Android
• Experience in consumer healthcare or health tech
• Proven track record building design systems from scratch
