Description

Lead the Gateway team at Roblox to deliver best-in-class traffic management infrastructure for a massive social platform. You will drive major "Moonshot" initiatives, consolidate our ingress stack, and own the reliability of Tier-0 systems while mentoring engineers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering management experience managing teams for high-scale distributed systems or networking platforms
• Strong technical background in Layer 7 networking, HTTP/HTTPS, Reverse Proxies, and API Gateway patterns
• Experience guiding teams through major architectural migrations
• Track record of hiring and nurturing high-performing engineering teams
• Excellent communication skills to influence cross-functional teams
