As a Technical Account Manager at Hightouch, you'll bridge the gap between our AI marketing platform and Fortune 5000 customers. You'll guide enterprise clients from onboarding through ongoing success, ensuring they maximize the platform's value while collaborating with internal teams to drive product innovation.

Requirements

• 5-10 years experience in client-facing or technology-focused roles
• Experience managing technical projects with customer-first attitude
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies (SQL, databases, APIs)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Drive retention and expansion of largest Enterprise customers
• Strategize with Sales to increase platform adoption within accounts
• Deliver timely onboarding and guide customers on technical best practices
• Provide proactive technical guidance across all products
• Collaborate with Support and Engineering to handle escalations and surface use cases
