You will drive expansion of your book of business consisting of Lightspeed's highest valued retail customers. You'll take a collaborative approach to understanding their goals and challenges, build strong relationships, and ensure enduring partnerships and sustained business growth.

Requirements

• Dutch and English language skills
• Experience in customer success, account management, or sales development
• Understanding of solution-based consultative sales in a SaaS environment
• Professional poise and confidence while communicating with customers
• Great task and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Nurture relationships with existing customers and ensure ongoing success
• Meet and exceed sales quotas
• Plan and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews and Success Plans
• Monitor customer usage data and translate into strategies for retention and growth
• Own and drive strategy for each customer in your book of business
