You will bridge creative and technical teams to develop innovative, AI-powered solutions for high-volume beauty content in an eCommerce Content Factory, working with iconic European brands to set new digital standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience as Creative Technologist or similar in advertising/marketing/digital media
• Experience in Beauty and Fashion brands
• Strong background in eCommerce content production
• Proven experience in High-Volume Adaptation and automation production
• Deep knowledge of Pencil and Abyssale (or similar AI tools)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Creative Directors and Designers to prototype AI-driven advertising solutions
• Lead development and implementation of automation workflows
• Identify new technology trends and assess applicability to brand objectives
• Oversee technical execution ensuring quality and deadline adherence
• Mentor junior creatives and technologists
