💼 About This Role

You'll own the developer infrastructure for a world-class AI company building foundational world models. Your work will define how code moves from local development to production, making our engineering organization fast, reliable, and scalable. This is a high-impact systems role with direct influence on developer velocity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and evolve build, test, and release systems.
• Define Bazel-based monorepo architecture for performance and scalability.
• Improve build performance with caching and dependency graph optimization.
• Build and operate release pipelines including canarying and rollback.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years building and operating production systems at scale.
• Strong experience with Bazel or similar build systems.
• Experience designing build, test, and release pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust.

✨ Nice to Have

• Deep experience with Bazel at scale including remote caching.
• Experience with hermetic and reproducible build systems.
• Experience in early stage or high growth environments.
