Description

You will shape the Medical Affairs training and content roadmap to support product launches in oncology. You'll develop scientific training programs, create medical content, and ensure MSLs and other teams have the scientific depth and engagement skills for effective external interactions.

Requirements

  • Advanced scientific or medical degree (PhD, PharmD, MD)
  • 5-7+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, Scientific Training, or Medical Communications in biotech/pharma
  • Strong expertise in scientific content development and training program design for Medical Affairs teams
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex scientific data into clear, engaging, and compliant medical content
  • Experience developing scientific training curricula, onboarding programs, and continuous learning initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and execution of global Medical Affairs content and training plans
  • Implement scientific training programs for new hires and ongoing training for MSLs and other Medical Affairs functions
  • Organize scientific deep dives, medical education forums, and training workshops
  • Create scientific materials for external engagements, including MSL decks, infographics, videos, and training guides
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure medical content aligns with company strategy and regulatory requirements
