You'll help lead daily branch operations and create a supportive, service-driven environment for clients and team members. You'll play a key role in coaching and developing teller staff while guiding clients toward financial solutions that help them achieve their goals. Your leadership ensures the branch runs smoothly and efficiently.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee daily financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Coach, mentor, and develop the teller team to improve sales and service.
• Support operational tasks and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Engage clients in proactive financial conversations and recommend solutions.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6 years of retail banking experience.
• Supervisory or management experience leading a project, process, or team.

✨ Nice to Have

• Extensive knowledge of retail banking products and procedures.
• Experience with consumer and QuickStep lending.
• Effective selling, cross-selling, and referral abilities.
