Description
You will be the primary IT presence in the NYC office, ensuring seamless technology operations. This role emphasizes AI-driven support and automation—you'll resolve tickets but also proactively eliminate them through smart tooling and scripting, amplifying your impact and freeing bandwidth for strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven IT support experience in mixed MacOS and Windows environment
- Hands-on Okta administration including SSO app setup and user account management
- Experience with JumpCloud or another MDM/remote management platform
- Microsoft 365 administration and user support (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical support for MacOS and Windows devices
- Own full device lifecycle: procurement, setup, deployment, asset tracking, decommission
- Administer Okta as identity provider: provision/deprovision users, configure SSO, build Okta Workflows
- Administer and support Slack, Microsoft 365, and on-premises Active Directory
- Maintain networking infrastructure (Cisco Meraki, FortiGate), AV/Zoom Rooms, and champion AI-driven automation
