You'll lead a night shift team of 25-30 production associates, focusing on safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment. You'll collaborate with the Area Leadership Team to implement Supply Excellence initiatives and drive operational goals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead multi-line teams to meet production efficiency and quality targets.
• Implement changes to improve operations using continuous improvement methods.
• Coach associates on safety, quality, and team engagement.
• Manage materials, staffing, and resources to support line operations.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in technical manufacturing continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with direct people management.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and plant operations.
• HACCP proficiency required.
