You'll drive growth for a top 34 CPA and advisory firm by selling professional services to middle market and IPO-track companies. You'll use a consultative approach to expand client impact across Audit, Tax, and Technical Accounting service lines. This hybrid role offers a generous commission structure and support from a proven marketing team.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Research organizations to identify new prospects and client needs.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound communications using Outreach platform.
  • Set up business development meetings with prospective clients.
  • Track and manage sales activities and results in CRM system.

📋 Requirements

  • 7-10 years of business development experience.
  • Existing business network in Southern California.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation and nurturing leads.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with professional services sales.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, PitchBook, ZoomInfo, Outreach, or Salesforce.
