Description

You will lead a team of Sales Directors to generate revenue from Illinois and Wisconsin, personally closing high-value deals and managing all aspects of the sales cycle. This role is responsible for developing the market, building executive-level relationships, and ensuring team quota attainment through effective pipeline management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Senior sales experience with strong leadership and management track record
  • Hunter with over 10 years of field and remote sales experience, consistently over-achieving quotas
  • Networking and/or Security solutions B2B sales experience in competitive market
  • Enterprise experience selling to C-Level and Technical buyers
  • Minimum 2 years experience managing individual contributor sales team

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Sales Directors to achieve individual and team quotas
  • Run all aspects of the sales cycle and close complex transactions via executive-level relationships
  • Manage pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals to ensure above-quota results
  • Develop the IL/WI market and maintain key relationships with partners
  • Attract, hire, coach, and retain top sales talent
