Description
You will lead a team of Sales Directors to generate revenue from Illinois and Wisconsin, personally closing high-value deals and managing all aspects of the sales cycle. This role is responsible for developing the market, building executive-level relationships, and ensuring team quota attainment through effective pipeline management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Senior sales experience with strong leadership and management track record
- Hunter with over 10 years of field and remote sales experience, consistently over-achieving quotas
- Networking and/or Security solutions B2B sales experience in competitive market
- Enterprise experience selling to C-Level and Technical buyers
- Minimum 2 years experience managing individual contributor sales team
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Sales Directors to achieve individual and team quotas
- Run all aspects of the sales cycle and close complex transactions via executive-level relationships
- Manage pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals to ensure above-quota results
- Develop the IL/WI market and maintain key relationships with partners
- Attract, hire, coach, and retain top sales talent
