Description

As a Customer Solutions Consultant, you will guide enterprise clients through deploying and optimizing Ada's AI-powered customer experience platform. You'll manage a portfolio of clients, drive measurable outcomes like automated resolution and CSAT, and serve as a trusted technical advisor to ensure long-term value from their investment.

Requirements

• 4+ years in customer success, solutions consulting, or post-sales technical consulting
• Experience managing enterprise or mid-market clients
• Strong technical aptitude with APIs and system configurations
• Analytical thinker who can interpret performance data
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Act as primary client contact throughout the customer lifecycle
• Own book of business and drive ACX outcomes (automated resolution, CSAT, ROI)
• Guide deployment, scaling, and maturation of ACX programs
• Serve as technical consultant for integrations (Salesforce, Zendesk, Shopify, HubSpot)
• Optimize AI Agent performance through transcript reviews and data analysis
