💼 About This Role

You'll build and lead the global Engagement function, managing a team of Engagement Managers across Europe, the Middle East, and the US. You'll define how Harmattan AI engages with customers—from technical demonstrations to full deployment and long-term partnerships. This role directly impacts our ability to win tenders and deploy autonomous defense systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and manage a global team of Engagement Managers
• Define and own the global engagement strategy
• Standardize demonstration frameworks and deployment processes
• Establish feedback loops between field operations and product teams

📋 Requirements

• Significant experience in Sales Engineering or Field Operations in UAV/defense/robotics
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing technical teams
• Experience with technical sales cycles and OEM/partner integrations
• Strong system-level understanding of integrated hardware and software products
