You'll lead portfolio analytics for Pantheon's evergreen semi-liquid fund platform, shaping how data informs portfolio decision-making across private markets. You'll develop strategic analytics, oversee a global team, and serve as a senior analytical partner to Core Portfolio Management, Investments, and Risk teams. This role sits at the intersection of portfolio management, investment analytics, and data engineering, driving forward-looking insights for a top-tier alternative asset manager with $82B AUM.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a high-performing portfolio analytics team for evergreen semi-liquid funds.
• Own delivery of fund-level analytics covering performance drivers, concentrations, and risk exposures.
• Interrogate proprietary data to ensure portfolio insights are grounded in trusted data.
• Partner with engineering to scale quality control and production of analytical content.

📋 Requirements

• Significant experience in private markets at a leading alternative asset manager, solutions, or secondaries platform.
• Deep exposure to portfolio performance analytics, risk management, and data operations.
• Strong familiarity with evergreen or semi-liquid structures including liquidity mechanics and NAV-based portfolio management.
• Proven ability to operate credibly alongside senior investment team members and portfolio managers.
