You'll lead product design for Kpler's Commodities Business Unit, owning user experiences across data-rich products. You'll shape the design vision and ensure coherent cross-platform experiences. You'll mentor designers and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead product design for Commodities Business Unit, owning user experience across products
• Co-define and drive Product Design vision and standards
• Deliver features end-to-end from discovery to dev-ready specs on web and mobile
• Build strong working relationships with Product and Engineering teams

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience delivering digital product design (web, SaaS, or enterprise tools)
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• A solid portfolio showing your design process
• Expertise in Figma (or similar) including prototyping

✨ Nice to Have

• Interest in commodities, finance, trading, or data-rich domains
• Previous management or team lead experience
• Familiarity with AI tools
