You'll own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) for a $5Mโ$10M+ customer portfolio in a high-impact rebuild-phase SaaS business. You'll drive expansion, retention, and customer outcomes while helping define best practices. This role features autonomy, accountability, and direct influence on processes from the ground up.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) for your book of business
- Identify and close up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- Build and maintain a healthy expansion pipeline (3โ4x coverage)
- Proactively manage renewal cycles and mitigate churn risk
- Lead commercial conversations on pricing, renewals, and contracts
๐ Requirements
- 4โ8+ years in mid-market SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales
- Proven track record of independently closing expansion opportunities
- Experience owning revenue targets (NRR, expansion, or renewals)
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

- Experience in a rebuild or transformation environment
- Previous work in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or last-mile/logistics tech
- Daily use of AI in customer-facing and revenue workflows
