You'll practice AI-paired medicine in a fully virtual, messaging-based care model. Your core impact is delivering acute, primary, and longevity care with Counsel's custom AI tools that handle chart prep and draft messages, freeing you to focus on patient judgment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• See patients via messaging: diagnose, treat, triage, follow up
• Practice with AI that preps history and sharpens differential
• Mentor newer clinicians and raise the clinical bar
• Shape AI tools by providing feedback on workflows

📋 Requirements

• Board certification in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine
• Active medical license (10+ licenses preferred)
• 3+ years of post-residency clinical experience in urgent care, ER, or primary care
• Comfort with asynchronous messaging-based care

• Multi-state licensure or track record of obtaining licenses quickly
• Prior telehealth or virtual-first experience
• Experience with longevity care or AI in clinical practice
