🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own the CoE strategy across internal teams, SI partners, and clients
• Evolve the CoE roadmap through a customer journey lens
• Design and scale SpryPoint’s certification strategy for clients and SI partners
• Align capability development across stakeholder groups for consistent learning

📋 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of progressive leadership in professional services or enablement functions
• Proven experience leading a Center of Excellence in an enterprise B2B software environment
• Demonstrated success designing and scaling certification programs for external stakeholders
• Executive presence with ability to influence at ELT and Board level

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience evolving certification programs into revenue-generating assets
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and frameworks (PMBOK)
• Experience with LMS platforms and delivery systems (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
