💼 About This Role

You'll join Lyric at a pivotal growth moment, partnering with the GTM team to drive technical wins in supply chain AI. You'll design and articulate how Lyric's platform solves complex operational problems, securing competitive sales cycles and establishing Lyric as the vendor of choice. This role combines deep supply chain expertise with hands-on technical execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead solution design, demos, and POVs with prospects to secure technical wins.
• Develop repeatable GTM playbooks for 1-2 industry verticals.
• Partner with Product and Marketing to translate capabilities into business outcomes.
• Equip Sales and Customer Success with tools and training for high-impact conversations.

📋 Requirements

• 12-15+ years in Consulting, Supply Chain Operations, or GTM Strategy in supply chain tech.
• Deep understanding of at least two core verticals relevant to Lyric's target markets.
• Strong understanding of modern data pipelines, ETL, analytics, and AI/ML capabilities.
• Proven track record supporting enterprise sales cycles with demos, POVs, and scoping.

• Experience in supply chain technology consulting.
• Familiarity with Lyric's platform or similar AI supply chain solutions.
• Executive presence and ability to build trust with customers.
