You'll act as a strategic partner to the CEO and manage the Executive Office at a leading autonomous driving company. Your work will directly enable the CEO to focus on high-impact decisions while you drive operational excellence across Waymo. This role offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration with Waymo, Google, and Alphabet teams.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Strategically manage CEO's calendar and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Optimize executive office processes and workflows for efficiency.
  • Act as liaison across Waymo, Google, Alphabet, and external partners.
  • Set standards for all Administrative Business Partners (ABPs) within Waymo.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years of executive support to C-suite in tech/startup
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience managing complex scheduling with external partners
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills in dynamic settings

  • Familiarity with AI-scheduling agents and LLM-based productivity tools
  • Proven ability to lead projects and resolve operational issues
  • Basic proficiency in Tableau, Looker, or advanced Excel/Sheets
