You'll act as a strategic partner to the CEO and manage the Executive Office at a leading autonomous driving company. Your work will directly enable the CEO to focus on high-impact decisions while you drive operational excellence across Waymo. This role offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration with Waymo, Google, and Alphabet teams.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Strategically manage CEO's calendar and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Optimize executive office processes and workflows for efficiency.
- Act as liaison across Waymo, Google, Alphabet, and external partners.
- Set standards for all Administrative Business Partners (ABPs) within Waymo.
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years of executive support to C-suite in tech/startup
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience managing complex scheduling with external partners
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills in dynamic settings
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with AI-scheduling agents and LLM-based productivity tools
- Proven ability to lead projects and resolve operational issues
- Basic proficiency in Tableau, Looker, or advanced Excel/Sheets
