💼 About This Role

You'll support the enterprise demand planning process by developing and refining product-level forecasts for a 75-year-old industrial electric manufacturing leader. Your core impact is enabling effective supply planning and inventory management through accurate demand signals. This role offers the chance to collaborate with Sales and drive continuous improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop statistical demand forecasts using ERP and forecasting tools
• Collaborate with Sales to gather market intelligence and customer insights
• Participate in monthly S&OP demand review process
• Monitor forecast accuracy and identify root causes of forecast error

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Operations
• 2+ years of experience in demand planning or supply chain in manufacturing
• ERP system proficiency; INFOR/SyteLine preferred
• Microsoft Excel proficiency

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• APICS CPIM or IBF CPF certification
