💼 About This Role

You'll design and install copper/fiber cabling systems for U.S. Army network infrastructure programs with 50-75% national travel. You'll troubleshoot connectivity issues and ensure compliance with DoD standards in secure environments. This role requires an active Secret clearance.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Design, install, terminate, and test copper and fiber cabling systems
  • Perform cable routing, labeling, and documentation per DoD standards
  • Conduct testing and certification using OTDR, power meters, cable analyzers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve LAN/WAN connectivity issues

📋 Requirements

  • Active Secret clearance or higher
  • Hands-on experience with copper and fiber optic cabling systems
  • Knowledge of TIA/EIA, BICSI, NEC, and DoD standards

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with OTDR and cable analyzers
  • BICSI certification
