Description

You will oversee multiple reconditioning lines within an Inspection Reconditioning Center, ensuring production, cost, and quality targets are met. Responsibilities include planning production, identifying bottlenecks, conducting root cause analysis, and developing teams to improve site performance.

Requirements

• Open to relocation nationwide or regionally
• Experience leading a team of 50+ associates with a track record of developing employees
• 8+ years management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing environment
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 60 pounds, and walk up to three miles daily

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and plan production for full shifts
• Manage facilities to meet production, cost, and quality targets when General Manager is absent
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks affecting site throughput and efficiency
• Conduct root cause analysis and execute action plans with site leadership
• Weekly performance reviews with senior leadership reporting on targets and challenges
