🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver in-home physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and function to develop treatment goals
• Implement therapeutic exercise programs and educate patients
• Maintain accurate home health documentation per Medicare standards

📋 Requirements

• Active physical therapy license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
