Description

You will lead the design, development, and improvement of the end-to-end search quality and systems for Coupang Eats, covering retrieval, relevance, query understanding, and ranking across food delivery and quick-commerce in Korea and Japan. You will build foundational LLM models, run experiments, and launch features to enhance customer discovery.

Requirements

• Experience with large-scale, complex datasets for feature extraction and ML models
• Track record of diving into data to discover hidden patterns
• Fast-paced self-learner with proven record of launching successful features
• Tech lead experience working across teams
• Strong communication skills and full proficiency in English or Korean
