You will directly support the VP of Stores - North America by driving strategic execution, operational clarity, and business alignment. Your role includes building executive-level decks, coordinating cross-functionally with retail operations and finance, and managing meetings and travel for field leadership.

Requirements

• 2-4 years experience supporting retail leadership or field operations
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Strong deck-building skills, highly proficient in PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience coordinating complex meetings or events

Responsibilities

• Build polished, executive-ready recap decks and business presentations
• Serve as proxy for VP of Stores in cross-functional conversations
• Coordinate with Retail Operations, Finance, HR, and other teams
• Plan and manage meetings for field leadership
• Process expense reports and manage travel itineraries
