Description

You will provide proactive legal and compliance advice on market access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies for pharmaceutical and biologic products, including drafting and negotiating agreements with payers, PBMs, and distributors. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategies comply with applicable laws and industry standards.

Requirements

• 5-8 years experience as an attorney with focus on market access, pricing, reimbursement, or government price reporting
• Experience drafting and negotiating PBM, payer, GPO, wholesaler, rebate agreements
• Knowledge of FDCA, anti-kickback statutes, False Claims Act, and relevant industry codes
• Licensed to practice law in state of primary residence
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Responsibilities

• Advise on government pricing and reporting (Medicaid Best Price, AMP, ASP, 340B, VA/FSS) and impact of commercial contracting
• Support coverage, coding, and reimbursement initiatives with market access, HEOR, trade/channel, and pricing teams
• Draft, review, and negotiate PBM, payer, GPO, wholesaler, rebate, and value-based contracts
• Counsel on patient support programs and co-pay assistance with anti-kickback and False Claims Act compliance
• Stay current on U.S. laws and enforcement trends impacting market access and pricing
