You'll serve as Kin's designated corporate witness in first-party property litigation, delivering 30(b)(6) testimony and partnering with Claims Legal and outside counsel to ensure clear and defensible positions. Your core impact is directly influencing litigation outcomes and supporting operational excellence as Kin scales across multiple jurisdictions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 30(b)(6) testimony in first-party property litigation matters
• Conduct detailed cradle-to-grave reviews of litigated claim files
• Partner with Litigation Adjusters, Claims Legal, and outside counsel
• Maintain expert knowledge of SOPs, state regulations, and insurance contracts

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience handling first-party property claims or litigation claims
• Demonstrated experience providing Corporate Representative testimony in P&C insurance litigation
• Experience serving as a corporate witness for 30(b)(6) testimony in Florida and other states
• Active Florida Adjuster License
