💼 About This Role

You'll join a global renewable energy company as an Electrical Technician, troubleshooting and repairing electrical and control systems on assigned shifts. Your work will directly impact safety, uptime, and operational metrics at the world's largest wood pellet production facility. Hands-on electrical field work in a manufacturing environment is a core daily focus.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Install and maintain electrical systems and heavy equipment
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled devices, motor control centers, and VFDs
• Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective electrical maintenance
• Monitor production parameters and adjust for safe, efficient operation

📋 Requirements

• 4 years of electrical experience
• 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Proficient with hand and power tools for electrical repairs
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and schematics

✨ Nice to Have

• Technical training program or associate degree in electrical field
• Experience in pellet mill or similar manufacturing
• PLC programming experience with DeviceNet or ControlNet
