💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing an exceptional customer experience at BoxLunch, a pop culture retailer committed to fighting hunger. Your core impact will involve using your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and support daily operations to meet sales targets. This part-time role offers the chance to be a key part of a team that turns pop culture passion into hunger relief and helps fellow fans get the merch they love.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return visits.
• Open and close the store, providing leadership on the sales floor.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curb-side pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes and maintain store organization.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store, merchandise product, and lift up to 50 pounds.
