You'll own OpenTelemetry pipelines and observability infrastructure at dLocal, a global payments platform for emerging markets. You'll drive reliability and scalability across teams, designing self-service tooling and influencing architectural decisions. You'll also support incident management with automated playbooks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain observability pipelines for logs, metrics, and traces
• Build self-service automation for engineering teams
• Support incident management with playbooks and automations
• Define baseline observability standards across services

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years as an SRE engineer
• Expertise in Kubernetes
• Proficiency with Grafana, Prometheus, or similar tools
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and GitOps CI/CD

✨ Nice to Have

• Cloud experience with AWS and ECS
• Experience with OpenTelemetry pipelines
• Database performance monitoring experience
