You will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, driving expansion, retention, and customer success through virtual engagement. You will leverage MongoDB's ecosystem to upsell, cross-sell, and ensure renewals while partnering with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years quota-carrying sales or account management experience
- Native French speaker
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity
Responsibilities
- Act as strategic advisor to customers, aligning MongoDB initiatives with their corporate strategy
- Build pipeline through targeted customer interactions and collaborative discovery
- Lead the sales and renewal process from pricing to closure
- Drive value realization and ensure customers use full MongoDB capabilities
- Maintain accurate forecast and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce
