You will leverage MongoDB's ecosystem to upsell, cross-sell, and ensure renewals while partnering with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years quota-carrying sales or account management experience
  • Native French speaker
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity

Responsibilities

  • Act as strategic advisor to customers, aligning MongoDB initiatives with their corporate strategy
  • Build pipeline through targeted customer interactions and collaborative discovery
  • Lead the sales and renewal process from pricing to closure
  • Drive value realization and ensure customers use full MongoDB capabilities
  • Maintain accurate forecast and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce
